Celebrations throughout Bryceland!

The Complete Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy radio broadcasts are available on CD in the US at a reasonable price. This includes the two original radio series (which inspired the first two books) and the later three radio series (which were inspired by the three later books. Confused?)

Oh happy day!

I can finally upgrade from my dubbed cassette tapes that I made from Bryceland's originals back in... egad... 1989.

I only have the fifth one left to get now. :) My cassettes are in astonishingly good shape, considering their age. But they haven't gotten much wear since I got their contents as mp3s -- and even those haven't had much play since the kids came along. Can't hardly listen to something for an entire half an hour anymore. (Mostly because I can't bear to interrupt it.)

I get this thing sometimes with songs that I love, especially when I haven't heard them in a while, where the back of my neck gets goosebumps as I listen. The old radio series gives them to me too.

Perhaps we could come to some arrangement about getting you the 5th series...
