Do you realize that we live in a world where I can just Google something as weird as a "seitan corned beef" recipe and find 17,800 results in 180 milliseconds? I mean how cool is that?
(If you want to be a downer... yeah it also underscores that there is no such thing as an original thought... but I'm okay with that tonight because we're having vegetarian corned beef for dinner.)
